The Fixer is an American business reality television series that premiered on FOX on July 18, 2025. The series is produced by The Intellectual Property Corporation in association with Marcus Entertainment. It follows entrepreneur and investor Marcus Lemonis as he helps small businesses facing critical turning points.
Each episode begins with several business owners presenting their companies to Lemonis. He evaluates their opportunities and challenges before selecting one business for a deeper intervention. He then works closely with the owners to identify operational problems, improve leadership, and strengthen long-term growth. His guidance follows his well-known “3 Ps” philosophy: People, Process, and Product.
Unlike many business competition shows, The Fixer focuses on real operational improvements rather than weekly eliminations. Lemonis spends time inside each business, speaking with owners and employees before deciding whether to invest his own money. The featured companies come from a wide range of industries, including fitness, retail, food, automotive services, and pet care.
Marcus Lemonis serves as the show’s host and business mentor. His direct communication style and hands-on approach drive every episode. While the series shares similarities with his earlier CNBC program The Profit, The Fixer introduces new businesses, a revised presentation format, and a new home on FOX. Following its broadcast premiere, episodes also became available through Hulu, with FOX Business later airing encore presentations.
