Alexis Guerreros grew up in Newark, New Jersey, raised by a single Cuban mother whose household shaped his comedic voice. He earned a degree from Saint Peter’s University before working a corporate job he later left behind. That leap led him into New York City’s stand-up scene. He began performing nightly at clubs across Manhattan, building a reputation as a sharp, unfiltered comic.

His comedy career soon expanded into television, podcasting, and voice acting. He appeared in Comedy Central sketches, voiced three characters on BoJack Horseman, and hosted HQ Trivia. In 2015, he co-created The Cooligans, a comedic soccer podcast with comedian Christian Polanco. The show grew into a semiweekly TV series on Fubo Sports Network, and he also contributed to Complex’s Kickin’ It.

Guerreros joined CBS Sports Golazo Network’s Morning Footy as an analyst when the channel launched in April 2023. He brings his comedic voice to the show’s daily coverage of global soccer. He has also hosted NBC’s Premier League Fan Fest. As of 2026, he continues co-hosting The Cooligans, now distributed through Yahoo Sports, alongside his Morning Footy role.
