Boyce spent the early part of his career working as a bookmaker before leading an eclectic working life that also included roles as a PR Manager, a journalist, and even an occasional actor prior to working as a tipster for outlets including At The Races.

It was his broadcasting work that saw him move onto television more regularly, appearing on programmes ranging from Sky Sports News to Big Brother. He previously worked for Ladbrokes as an oddsmaker before moving into media.

He was named as part of Sky Sports Racing’s presenting team line-up ahead of the channel’s launch, alongside colleagues including John Hunt, Mike Cattermole, Alex Hammond, Luke Harvey, and Simon Mapletoft.

He remains a regular Sky Sports Racing studio presenter, and contributes tipping content such as “Four for the Festival” previews for major meetings like Cheltenham, and writes outsider-focused betting features such as “Under The Radar.

On social media he describes himself as a racing and betting presenter and journalist, and a husband, father, and punter, based in London. He has also taken part in charity cycling challenges for Racing Welfare, completing a 500-mile ride.
