Before entering television, she pursued a career in music under the stage name Sib Vicious — releasing hip-hop singles including Donuts and Rock That Party, touring with Taio Cruz, and having her music featured on Stella McCartney’s Fashion Week Soundtrack.

Scoles began her television career as the first female host on Revolt TV. She then joined Ether Network for a year before moving to E! News in 2016 as a host and on-air correspondent. Later, she became a correspondent for Access Hollywood, covering major red carpets and award shows. In January 2025, she joined WOW – Women of Wrestling as a backstage and field reporter.

Beyond her TV career, Sibley Scoles uses her platform to empower African American youth and advocate for diversity in sports and entertainment, often moderating panels on breaking industry barriers. She also champions community welfare by hosting high-profile fundraisers, such as the annual Off The Field NFL Wives Association charity fashion show. She is part of the ownership group of the Oakland Roots and Oakland Soul Sports Club.
