Joey Fatone is an American entertainer known for his work in music, television, and stage productions. Born on January 28, 1977, in Brooklyn, New York, and raised in Florida, he first gained international fame in the late 1990s as a member of the pop group NSYNC. The group became one of the best-selling boy bands of all time, releasing multiple chart-topping albums and touring worldwide.
Following his music success, Fatone expanded into acting, Broadway, and television. He appeared in stage productions such as Rent and Little Shop of Horrors. He also competed on popular reality programs, including Dancing with the Stars, where he finished as the runner-up, and as “Rabbit” on the first season of The Masked Singer.
Joey Fatone’s TV hosting career took off in 2007 when he hosted The Singing Bee on NBC — and its Australian counterpart. He went on to become the announcer for Family Feud from 2010 to 2015, and later hosted Food Network’s Rewrapped and GSN’s Common Knowledge. He is also the permanent host of Impractical Jokers: After Party on truTV.
