Flavortown Food Fight is a Food Network original series produced by Knuckle Sandwich and Lando Entertainment — the same team behind Guy’s Grocery Games and Guy’s Ranch Kitchen. It premiered on March 4, 2026, bringing to life the fictional Flavortown universe that Fieri has referenced throughout his career.
In each episode, three chefs compete in a skills challenge and two cooking rounds inside Flavortown’s rotating lineup of restaurant settings — spanning street food carts, neighborhood diners, fast-casual kitchens, and fine-dining establishments. The skills challenge tests technical knowledge and earns the winner an advantage heading into Round 1. The winner of Round 1 selects the restaurant kitchen setting for Round 2, where the final cook-off takes place. Only one chef walks away with the episode’s cash prize — up to $20,000 — and returns the following week to defend their title against two new challengers.
Two rotating guest judges evaluate dishes in each episode. Judges for the inaugural season include Maneet Chauhan, Graham Elliot, Viet Pham, Adam Sobel, and food writer Troy Johnson, who has judged more than 100 episodes of Guy’s Grocery Games. Hunter Fieri appears in select episodes to present menu details for specific cooking challenges.
Guy Fieri hosts and executive-produces the series. He is the most prolific personality in Food Network history, and has also hosted Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, Guy’s Grocery Games, Tournament of Champions, Guy’s Ranch Kitchen, and BBQ Brawl, among others.
