Zay Harding is an American television host, travel presenter, and producer known for his work on global adventure and travel programs. Born on November 1, 1974, in Lihue, Hawaii, he was raised a nature lover immersed in the outdoors, which led him to develop a love of adventure from a young age. He attended Southern Methodist University, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a minor in Art. 

Harding began his career as an actor, appearing in minor roles before his big break on the MTV series, Spyder Games. He was later selected in a nationwide casting call for Treks in a Wild World, alongside a then-unknown Bradley Cooper, where he went on to become one of the most recognizable faces on Globe Trekker, a PBS adventure travel series.

For over 25 years, Zay Harding hosted or appeared in more than a dozen programs across ABC, Discovery, FX, History, MTV, National Geographic, Netflix, PBS, and Travel Channel. In 2025, he debuted as host and executive producer of The Visioneers with Zay Harding on CBS — an eco-adventure series produced by Hearst Media Production Group in partnership with the VoLo Foundation.
