Stacey Solomon was born on 4 October 1989 in Dagenham, London, England, to Fiona Nash, a nurse, and David Solomon, a photographer. She grew up in East London with her siblings after her parents separated.
She attended King Solomon High School and gained national attention in 2009 as a contestant on The X Factor, finishing third. Her popularity grew further when she won I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! in 2010.
Solomon transitioned into television, becoming a panelist on Loose Women and appearing on entertainment shows before moving into presenting.
Since 2021, she has hosted Sort Your Life Out on BBC One, where she helps families declutter and reorganise their homes. The show has been a major success and won a National Television Award in 2024.
She lives in Essex with her husband and children and is known for her relatable personality, DIY projects, and social media presence.
