Scott Evans (born December 1, 1986, in New Jersey) is an American entertainment journalist, television host, and media personality. Raised in Indianapolis, he began his career in broadcasting as the on-court host for the NBA’s Indiana Pacers and the WNBA’s Indiana Fever and, later, anchored the Peabody Award-winning Channel One News. He joined Access Hollywood in 2015 as a correspondent and is now co-anchor of both Access Hollywood and Access Daily.
Evans has expanded his hosting repertoire across multiple platforms. He led NBC’s World of Dance, USA Network’s America’s Big Deal, and Peacock’s Couple to Throuple. Beyond traditional television, he created and hosts House Guest, a YouTube-based interview series known for candid conversations with prominent figures, which has achieved viral success and industry recognition.
Outside of hosting, Evans is involved in podcasting (with So Close) and serves on The Television Academy Foundation’s board. He’s recognized for his authentic interview style and his advocacy for authentic representation in media.
