Jamie Erdahl

Profile Overview

Jamie Erdahl was born on December 3, 1988, in Bloomington, Minnesota, and attended Breck School, where she competed in soccer and basketball. She played softball and basketball at St. Olaf College before transferring to American University to study broadcasting and communications. While at the American University,  she hosted several shows for the school, including Eye on the Eagle, which covered the men’s basketball team.

Erdahl joined New England Sports Network (NESN) in 2013 as a sideline reporter, covering the Boston Bruins. She also filled in on Red Sox sideline duties before being named NESN’s Bruins rinkside reporter in 2014. That same year, she moved to CBS Sports, where she spent nearly a decade covering college sports. She also contributed to the NFL on CBS coverage and covered the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament for CBS/Turner.

In 2022, she made the transition from field reporter to studio host, joining Good Morning Football on NFL Network. She also served as a pregame host for Netflix’s Christmas Day NFL coverage in 2025, a role confirmed to continue. In addition to her NFL Network duties, Erdahl also hosts Good Morning Football: Overtime on The Roku Channel.
