Ishy Khan (Ismael Khan) was born in July 1991 in the United Kingdom. He has credited his parents for supporting his early career and helping him establish independence.

He studied Business/Managerial Economics at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, later gaining a Certificate in Business Accounting from CIMA. His academic background supported his move into entrepreneurship and antiques dealing.

Khan began his career working in antiques while training as an accountant, eventually transitioning full-time into the trade. He founded Ishy Antiques, a jewellery dealership based in Hatton Garden, London, specialising in fine antique and vintage jewellery.

His television career began in 2023, when he joined Antiques Road Trip on BBC One, quickly becoming a regular expert alongside presenters such as Izzie Balmer.

He currently lives in Surrey, England, and continues running his business while appearing on television. Outside work, he enjoys travel and shares glimpses of his life on social media.
