Holly Hamilton grew up in Greyabbey, County Down, Northern Ireland and attended Regent House School, Newtownards, before earning a Master’s degree in Politics and French from the University of Dundee.

She joined the BBC in 2014, quickly becoming a familiar face across BBC Breakfast, BBC Sport, BBC News and other programmes. She has reported live from events such as Wimbledon and the BBC Sports Personality of the Year red carpet.

In 2023 she began co-hosting Sunday Morning Live on BBC One alongside Sean Fletcher. She also presents investigative consumer segments and stands in on BBC Radio 5 Live and Radio Ulster programmes.

Holly is married to television and radio presenter Connor Phillips. They have two children, Fionn and Oscar.
