Corinne Foxx was born on February 15, 1994, in Los Angeles, California. She grew up in the entertainment industry, making a cameo appearance on her father’s sitcom The Jamie Foxx Show at just six years old. Foxx earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Southern California. She further developed her skills at the Howard Fine Acting Studio and the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.
She began her acting career with a guest role on MTV’s Sweet/Vicious (2016). This was followed by film roles including 47 Meters Down: Uncaged (2019), Disney’s Safety (2020), and a recurring role in Hulu’s Dollface (2021). She also appeared in the Emmy Award-winning Live in Front of a Studio Audience: All in the Family and Good Times (2019).
In 2018, she joined Fox’s Beat Shazam as co-host and resident DJ, becoming a regular feature on the show alongside her father. In addition to hosting and acting, she has also executive-produced the Netflix comedy series Dad Stop Embarrassing Me! and the PBS documentary Below the Belt. On top of that, she is a model, having previously represented brands like Ralph Lauren, Dolce & Gabbana, Kenneth Cole, and Wet ‘n’ Wild cosmetics.
